I’m Carly, and I’m really good at helping helpers lose the guilt and anxiety and live an easier, more confident life.
If you’re like me and my clients, you’re capable, intelligent, and not used to asking for support. Maybe you’ve spent many years masking or putting everyone else first.
I know the feeling. When I was 20, I lost my brother to cancer. At 30, my dad died by suicide. I tried to white-knuckle it through, which led to even worse anxiety, lot’s of “pushing through,” and ultimately, burnout.
Now, I’m proud to offer therapy and resources to help you heal the root of chronic stress and relational wounds.

Traumatic Loss

Online Intake Session
This 75-min session helps us clarify the life you want to build, map out your specific goals, and choose the right tools (EMDR, Somatics, IFS) to get you there.

Continue Therapy
In therapy, we process trauma, regulate your nervous system, and shift your patterns. You'll notice more internal harmony as you build a more secure life.
