GRIEF IS MORE THAN DEATH

Loss is a huge part of life, yet most of us have never learned how to grieve.

  • You’re desperately trying to “keep it together” for the sake of your family and image.

  • Your sleep has been restless and disturbed by nightmares and overthinking.

  • You feel tense around others, suspicious of their motives and irritated by their concern.

  • You don’t trust yourself, and even little decisions become overwhelming.

  • You’re numb, disconnected, or painfully overstimulated -mentally and physically.

  • Your energy is drained and the mystery of life feels terrifying and pointless.

  • You’ve achieved most of what you want, but satisfaction never seems to stick around.

Hi, I’m Carly ☼

I work with clients a lot like you.

They’re logical, hard-working, and definitely not going to let anyone see how hard they’re struggling.

You’re holding it all together with white knuckles and a lump in your throat - but you can’t hold on like that forever.

I know the feeling.

At 20, I lost my baby brother to cancer. At 30, my dad died by suicide. With this pain, I’ve discovered purpose. I’m proud to offer virtual grief therapy and in-person intensives to support adults through devastating loss.

Healing is a profoundly weird journey, and you don't have to do it alone.
